The team leader, Viviana Salinas de Valoy is Pastor Jose Valoy´s wife. They have five children, Maria, Ana, Emmanuel, Eliseo and Emilio. Everybody is involved in defending and promoting the Child and adolescents´ Rigths.
They are the founders of Apostolic Vision Church, which belongs to the Assembly of God with its roots in Sweden. They have also created E.P.A.S.I. From 1993 they have been working for the community .They started their work with two Community Centers and two Dinning Halls in the western area in San Miguel of Tucumán. They have provided 150 children with food from Monday to Friday up to now.
Because of their contact with different social levels they were able to see the necessity to protect and defend the Rigths of women and children.
Helping victims of family violence, girls and boys sexually abused, women and adolescents who suffered from sexual abuse and women survivors of sexual violence, kidnapping and torture during military dictatorship.
This motivated the team leader to improve herself in different areas of physical, emotional, spiritual and legal support. She believes that complete recovering of a survivor from sexual abuse, no matter the age, is possible by offering them an appropriate environment through Resilience.
